 The ITCH platform has remitted and payout all November sales of KARMA.
Attached here is a detailed breakdown of the earnings with taxes and ITCH platform fees taken out.  

Since it is our first time working with ITCH platform, we encountered a little incident when applying for payout. QWQ
We didn't know that once you press "Initiate new payout", it will start the remittance application and the operation cannot be canceled (....)
As the result, this month's payout is divided into two.
We sincerely apologize for this mess, and we promise not to make the same mistake in the future. QwQ
If this mess causes any reading trouble for you, We are deeply sorry (_(´ཀ`」 ∠)_ )

As shown in Figure (1-3), after deducting U.S. withholding taxes, fees and commissions from ITCH,
KARMA's November net income was 79.61 + 52.74 = USD132.35.  
The exchange rate of USD / HKD on the day of remittance of PAYPAL is 1 USD = 7.5525 HKD, which about HKD 1000 after conversion.  

As of right now, the Spark Alliance is under investigation as it is currently being charged by the Hong Kong government and claims to be "money laundering".
Due to the situation, the organization's donation account is temporarily closed,
and the gift card originally used for donation on the website "Our Hong Kong Work" is also temporarily taken off the shelves.

After discussion, we've come to the decision that we will temporarily retain the revenue  until Spark Alliance resumes normal operations.
However, if the Spark Alliance is unable to reopen donations in the near future,
we might donate the funds to other protest's support organization instead,
in order to achieve what we hoped ( Same reason as why we change and decide to donate our revenue from 612 fund to Spark Alliance before) — to help the frontline protesters more quickly and conveniently.  

Back to income summary,
the sales report in December is shown in Figure (4),
Excluding the original November earning (USD $ 235.68), the December earning is USD $ 347.41-235.68 = USD $ 111.73  

We will apply for payout after all the funds are receivable in December (about mid of Jan.).
At that time, we will report to you again the net income in December after deducting various handling fees.

在此附上扣除預扣稅及ITCH平台費用後的收益細明。

因為在申請轉帳時遇到一點意外 — 團隊成員第一次使用ITCH，
不知道只要按下"Initiate new payout"後，即等同匯款申請並且無法撤回操作（默…）
所以這次的匯款總共分成了兩次， 請容許我們先為此致歉，
我們承諾今後將不會犯同樣的錯誤QWQ（土下座）
要是這項錯誤操作為各位帶來任何閱讀上的困擾的話真的很抱歉OTL

如圖(1-3)所示，
在扣除美方預扣稅、手續費及ITCH平台抽成後，
KARMA 11月淨收益為79.61 + 52.74 = USD132.35。
PAYPAL在匯款當天美元兌港元的匯率為 1 USD = 7.5525 HKD，換算後約HKD 1000。

由於星火同盟目前正被香港政府指控並聲稱其『洗黑錢』而接受調查中，
其捐款戶口暫時關閉，原於網站《香港工房》用作捐款用途的禮品卡亦暫時下架，
經商議後，我們將暫時保留收益直至星火同盟再度正常運作。
惟若星火同盟未能在未來短期再度開放捐款的話， 我們或有可能將款項改為捐至其他抗爭支援機構，
以達成原本我們希望（當初捐款機構由612基金改為星火同盟）的—更迅速便捷地幫助前線抗爭者們的目的。

回歸收益，
12月的收益概況如圖(4)所示，
扣除原11月的收益(USD$235.68)，12月的收益為USD$347.41 - 235.68 = USD$111.73

我們將在12月所有款項皆為可匯出狀態 (約1月中) 後作匯款申請，
屆時我們將再度向各位報告扣除各項手續費後的12月淨收益。
